Hard to find something wrong. I'd just recommend to verify in advance if the key of the main apartment door works fine, we had some difficulty, as the door leaves need to be adjusted.

The entire process of collecting the keys and entering the apartment was very simple and everything went without any problems. The apartment is spacious, located in an old building with high ceilings and everything has been renovated. The furniture is from IKEA, very simple and practical. The beds are very comfortable and in general the apartment was very tidy when we arrived. The location is also excellent. The view from the window goes to the Astoria Hotel. Public transport is literally in front of the apartment (metro, tram, bus, taxi).

The windows in the apartment are simply bad, regardless of the fact that they are double-glazed. Literally the wind comes in and the curtains move when the wind blows. When the tram passes by, the apartment shakes and you can hear the passing of all other services, such as the police, emergency services or people who drive sports cars and hit the gas at the traffic lights for no reason, but also people who talk loudly in front of the entrance. In our case, the heating was turned off, so the temperature dropped to 18 C, and we only reported the fault 12 hours before leaving, which was repaired in a short time.

The main washroom had a horrible smell. We found out why: the shower sink is blocked and the whole washroom gets flooded when one tries to take a shower, even if it's open less than half way as they ask (see picture). The washroom is unusable. The door for the one on the bedroom doesn't close and it also gets flooded, but at least the water goes down during the day. The host did not respond to our calls for assistance. He knew about the issues but did not do anything. Not even offered an apology. The entrance is scary, ugly, dirty and smelly. There is a steel door in front of the apartment door that clearly shows how unsafe the place is. Do not recommend this place! (Unless you don't need to take a shower)

The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms cozy and relaxing. The apartment's cleanliness and attention to detail were also commendable, making us feel right at home.

While the apartment had many wonderful features, there was one minor issue worth noting - the kitchen lacked natural lighting. Aside from this, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated the apartment's size, beauty, and comfort.

Large refurbished apartment with great facilities. It would been great if kept maintained properly.

The location was vey central but very noisy and polluted. Street front is very dirty with homeless items lying around. We found a water leak in the kitchen at arrival. Cleaning items like vacuum-cleaner parts, washing up mops were found all over, in the flat including the clothing cupboards. It felt that the flat is not regularly cleaned and checked upon.
