Roland Apartment Zuglo 2

Well, Everything was cleaned and comfortable.

Nothing Much, just the TV was not functioning.

The communication with the owner was very good, very precise instructions on how to reach the location/apartment. The apartament was already heated when we arrived which was a plus. Hot water was available at all times. There is a SPAR in walking distance and LIDL/TESCO extra about 10: minutes away by car. Also close to the zoo (30 min walk or 5 min drive). The car can be parked on the street however need to pay between 8.00-18.00, 300FT/hour, a lot cheaper than the other zones (we used TPark app with zone code 1140 and this way we made sure we were not fined). Overall, we knew what to expert from the previois comments so it was not our criteria for picking it and we had a good stay.

The kitchen had no curtain/blind for privacy and in the evening we could see the next door neighbour/guests and the other way around. There was no coffee machine even if the owner confirmed before arrival that there was one ar the location (there was a water boiler so we made the most out of IT). The cleaning could be improved (ex: bedroom floor vacuming, dusting).

We really liked the big rooms. The living area was smaller compared to the bedrooms, but because we were gone almost all day this was not a problem at all. The terrace available was also good, that way we could sit outside in the evening. We spend sometime with the host chatting, which is wonderful.

We were not disappointed in anything. The only thing to keep in mind is the toilet, which is raised a bit. I stupped my toe on it when I had to use to toilet during the night (sleepy me), but I guess that is on me.

Not in the city center, but easy to find and get in. Spacious rooms, even for big groups (like ours). The place is equipped for everything even for a long stays. There is a good WiFi, even it was marked that there is no such service available. Excellent value for money!

Everything was OK.

It was a very good value for one night stay, the beds and sheets are clean. Simple facilities but quite new.
