*MUST READ* I booked 5 nights for almost €700, based on reviews mentioning only “hot water and keypad issues”. The reality was much worse. The apartment was unlivable. - Bedrooms: Strong cigarette smell, dust clumps on carpets, dirty windows. We had to keep them open for hours to air it out. There was a drying rack with wet towels and sheets left in the master bedroom, which made no sense at all in a sleeping area. Second room had dust everywhere, a stranger’s dirty sock in the wardrobe, yellow-stained pillows and smelly bedspreads. - Kitchen: Greasy cupboards, rusty toaster with food residue, pantry with open bags of sugar and salt covered in dust and insect signs. - Bathrooms: Other people’s hair, mold on walls, dusty towel warmers we couldn’t use. Towels stayed wet the whole stay. Water went from scalding to freezing instantly. - AC: Completely broken during Budapest heatwave. We followed all instructions, it never worked. 5 nights without sleep. I contacted the owners about dust and AC. They apologized and sent someone to clean while we weren’t in the apartment. The person only removed the wet towels and sheets from the drying rack. The dust and all the dirt remained untouched. No technician was sent for the AC. The staff member I spoke with was kind, but nothing was solved. I’m asthmatic. I paid to sleep in dust and heat. Photos don’t show how bad it really was. I’ve never seen a rental in worse condition. When I travel, I hope to see amazing new places, but I also expect to stay in hotels, B&Bs and apartments that are clean and comfortable.

Amplo com 2 quartos, uma ampla sala e com dois banheiros. Éramos 5 e não houve problemas para nos acomodar dentro do apartamento…..

…. Todavia para entrar foi uma jornada épica de senhas e mais senhas, muitas delas muito longas, em um prédio que precisa de obras urgentemente. Os corredores externos do prédio não dão sensação de segurança e parece que vamos despencar do alto. O apartamento apesar de grande estava com acúmulo de poeira, louças mal lavadas, e faltando taças grandes de café e chá.

El ruido de la calle y los vecinos. Desde el salón y una de las habitaciones se oyen los ruidos de la calle, sobre todo la gente que vuelve x la noche de la zona de bares. El apartamento de al lado es también turístico, nuestros vecinos eran un grupo de jóvenes y la Primera noche fue un escándalo cuando volvieron a las 4am. Me quejé a nuestro anfitrión y me dijo que iba a hablar con el propietario, es resto de noches fueron mejor. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es tener que descargar una app para hacer el check in. Las almohadas Horribles.

Nada, sucio el extractor daba asco muy difícil el acceso a las llaves, hecho de menos un agente para recibirte, el apartamento estàba a 10 grados, llegamos de noche y hasta el día siguiente no hiba la calefacción

Co mo he dicho no volvería de vez en cuando estás empresas tendrían qué controlar la limpieza sobre todo y qué no falte lo esencial
