New Loft Style Appartman in the heart of the City

Apartment HEATING was amazing and very welcome.

Loft Bedroom stairs were very dangerous for any person with disabilities and requires a second rail to steady oneself when climbing. Appears fixtures at top of existing rail may be coming loose.

The apartment was very spacious, it has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (1 single and 2 double) It's beautifully furnished, and it has a HD TV with streaming services available. The location is nice, on a quiet street with many coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very nice and understanding. We liked that we got to self check in, because we arrived late. We loved staying here.

Pretty good location with everything you need in an apartment. Zone full of restaurants and other amenities, 2 minutes to the train, tran and bus stations "Kalvin Ter". Very kind host. I will come back and highly recomend it.

Very central and cosy area. Very good contact and very friendly Cosy building and good space.

The stairs to platform with the second bedroom and shower was very uncomfteble.

Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Lounge area was good.

Loft had dangerous stairs. Should be noted that not suitable for some people with any mobility issues. Single room is through to lift access therefore no privacy. No air con or fans for bedrooms.

The location was good, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The mattresses were convenient.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, so if you want to open a window - it will be facing the public area of the building, with no privacy. There is no air conditioning, and the owner provided only one fan (although it's a 3 bedroom apartment!). We asked for an additional fan (after a horrible sleepless night for us and thw kids due to the unberale heat in the appartment ), and the owner said he will try to arrange something , but he never did! He did reply at 5:15 pm suggesting that I will buy a fan myself and he will reimburse me (how exactly was he planning to reimburse me , as we never met him ?... and why he told me this so late, when the stores are closing ? Totally not ok). Also, to reach the 3rd bedroom you need to climb very steep staircase, it's totally not safe. And the ceiling of this bedroom is super low, so if you are over 165 cm hight, it's not for you. Also there is no windows or air flow in that room. The whole experience was extremely bad.

Great apartment in the heart of the city, short way to the next subway or tram station. Located in the backhouse, no noise from the streets around. Perfect location for a great stay in Budapest. For longer stays a washing machine can be used, the beds were perfect for relaxing.
