A spacious apartment in a central location with backyard parking. The owners are highly responsive and accommodating. Ideal choice for a family of five. The property offers excellent value for the price.

Everything was amazing. The owner was in contact with us since we booked the apartment and till our leave. The location is great, one of central streets- but the area next to apartment is quite. The metro station (yellow line) minute away, 2 restaurants next to apartment. 5 min walking- supermarket and more cafes and restaurants, change offices and tram station. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need (dishware, oven, microwave and etc). Highly recommend the place.

The free parking available right in the building's yard is perfect! We liked the fact that there were 2 toilets. It really helps large number of visitors. Also the location near the city center and a metro station was more than convenient.

Breakfast n/a. Location was 100%. Close to the metro, close to Hero's Square, excellent local restruants.

Location is very central to old city centre. Very near public transport station. Nearest supermarket is app 15 min away. Apartment is spacious and has all amenities for quality vacation. Nice and cozy temperature of apartment.

Opening apartment front door is rather problematic (owner said that will be fixed this month). Entry to main door of the building is complicated without reason and sometimes does not work and you must try several times -electromagnetic lock stucks. (but this is whole building problem as you must change system) Apartment is little outdated and needs some work. (changing kitchen table,...) TV in living room is for sure to small (you have problem watching as living room is big). Gas heater for hot water has problem turning on sometimes (owner said will look into). Cleaning could be better expecialy out of view places (tip: under kitchen cabinets, under bed..)

Host - extremely friendly, always helpful and prepared to help. You can easily ask him anything, anytime. Great owner. We got the keys from owner's friend, she explained us few things. Location - great, in the middle of everything. Close to all sights. Safety - apartment is very, very safe. Parking - inside parking space which is safe as it is accessible only with a main entrance key. WiFi - during our stay, WiFi was always great, working when having a video call (test was 600/500 MBPS) Apartment - it is superb. Renovated, with A/C (for summer) and central heating (for winter). The bathroom is very spacious and nice, same goes for the shower. In addition you have another toilet beside the bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, there is everything you possibly need. Two bedrooms are spacious, bed linen are fresh, closets, night stands and other furniture offer plenty of space, beds are good for a night rest (you can sometimes hear some traffic from the road, but, hey, it is a main Avenue in Budapest, what can you expect ;)). The living room is very spacious, with an entrance to the balcony, which has a nice view on the Andrassy Avenue and nearby buildings - overall a great room to spend time that extra time in the evening. Connections - you have Metro and Bus. Otherwise to the Parliament it is around 40 minutes walk, to the city park around 15 minutes, Heroes' Square is 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this accommodation. I am safe to say that it is one of the best accommodations in Budapest.

There is nothing we didn't like. Maybe the only comment I would have, is the smell of the gas, but the owner said it was like this for years. Overall, this was not a concern at all - you open a window for a few minutes and the smell is gone.
