"Pulizia scarsa"

La posizione ottima

La pulizia non era ottima, presenza di polvere e i bagni lasciavano un po' a desiderare. Nel divanoletto, dove ho dormito io, ho trovato capelli e altre cose!! Il wc non ha ventola o finestra, oltre ad essere sporco l'odore non era molto gradevole, sarebbe consigliato almeno un profumo. C'erano scarafaggi che si nascondevano nelle fessure dei muri o dei pavimenti :/

El apartamento está equipado bastante bien sin ruidos cómodo

Lo que no me gustó es la atención nos quedaron tres días en la puerta de la calle porque nos dijeron el código de la llave mal enanos atendieron bien hasta que al final nos dijeron que es que el número estaba equivocado después de permanecer todos los días hasta que alguien nos abriera la puerta hasta luego

The contact with the host is smooth, all instructions. to check in were clear and quick. Excellent location, close to lively night life, yet quiet.

Toilet is separate from bathroom.

"Great location nice apartment"

Perfect location. Very quiet during day and night. Less than 5 minutes to Astoria metro and 100E airport shuttle bus stop. No stairs and no elevator needed to get in. Clear self check in instructions. Spacious apartment

Kitchen equipment is quite random and basic. Stairs to gallery are steep and creaky. Shower head is 180cm tall. If you're taller than that it's unusable. Only One pair of keys that are required to open the front gate and the apartment door.

В комнате совершенно нет солнечного света. Цвет стен удручающе зелёный. Двери старые. Полностью отсутствует шумоизоляция.Просили выделить для дивана постельное бельё. Нашли только простынь и то, не первой свежести, как нам показалось.
