Valentina Apartment in CityCenter

The location is amazing!!! Couldnt get a better location for our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need.

One of the windows doesnt have a handle and is not fully closed. In the early morning you can hear everything thats going on in the street which is not ideal. It is not a busy street at all so its okay.

Great location for many major sights of Budapest. In the shopping district on a quiet street. Large well equipped apartment with good aircon Staff allowed us to leave luggage and were very helpful!

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable

This is the perfect apartment, comfortable, clean, beautifully furnished with everything you need in the very center of the city.

Nice location, close to everything you need like public transportation, restaurants, attractions. The apartment was very clean and cozy and the check in and check out process was easy and convenient. I also appreciated the communication with the host.

I didn't like the garbage truck making a lot of noise early in the morning, but it was needed so I was not that upset after all :)

It was very clean and the bed was really comfy. The location is perfect, close to everywhere. The apartment and instructions were clear. The communication is really attentive. And thank you for keeping our luggage at the office until check-in ! I do really like the decor too, it makes the flat look bright and airy, it is only one room but it is very spacious, same with the photos.

Nothing to complain or dislike - just a little suggestion as a fellow host; the instructions are extremely long, thankfully I know English but it's probably makes the self check-in very complicated for someone who doesn't know English well. But on the plus side I felt like it was a treasure hunt; first enter password and "IMMEDIATELY" open the door ! That really cracked me up thanks

Apartment cleanliness, accessibility

Neither terrace nor balcony, to me it was not a problem but keep it in mind if you plan to stay more than the time needed to take a shower and sleep

Best location Clean Bed was very comfortable we had a good sleep. I liked everything about here .

Convenient central location, no charge for public transport. Clean room, full amenities. But we only slept so it's a bit of a pity.

A bit hard to find as there were no directions and we had a bit of trouble checking in online but all was well after that

Location of the apt is excellent, central to all shops, restaurants & the river front. A good roomy studio apt accessible with lifts.

The management agency initially did not provide us with the required instructions to access their offices and we had to wait 10~15 mins to finally get instructions to go up to their office to drop our luggage as we were there before the checkin time. When we could finally checkin to the unit, we found out that the door has a funny, old fashion separate deadlock system across the lower portion. The main lock for the door has a double deadlock system and combined with the second old fashion deadlock, if you do not know the sequence and how to operate the keys correctly, it can sometimes take you about 10~15 mins to actually open this main door to the apt. When requested to arrange a taxi/hired car to the airport, the arranged hired car was waiting at a nearby MacDonald's eatery instead of coming into the street of the apt with the driver angry at us for not coming out to where he was - incorrectly informing us that hired cars & taxis cannot come into the street when a few taxis were picking up their fares from our street. This was contrary to the agreed premium price with specific instructions to pick us up in front of the unit. In short, the rental management agency is inefficient, lacks initiative and proper communication protocols and are unreliable.

The apartment is great located, very cozy and clean. We mentioned our birthday dates in the check in and fount a bottle of vine for our birthday which accure during the stay. It was very nice!
