W mieszkaniu nie było włączone ogrzewanie a po włączeniu jeden kaloryfer nie dogrzał mieszkania do rana, jak również nie było czyste: półki białe od kurzu, brudny nie odkurzany dywan, zabrudzenia w łazience. Po zgłoszeniu problemu - brak reakcji ze strony właściciela/operatora najmu.
