"Zentral mit Altbaucharme, top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!"

Unterhalb der Fischerbastei im 1. Bezirk, total zentral, aber unglaublich ruhig. Stilvolles und gepflegtes Altbau-Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, stylischem Bad mit Wänden aus Glasbausteinen, Klimaanlage vorhanden (auch wenn wir sie gebraucht haben), das alles zu einem top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

Judy welcomed us at the apartment and leftvus a bottle of wine. The apartment was comfortable. Great to have washing machine with pods. Washing rack to dry clothes. Coffee maker. 10min walk up to fisherman's bastion and st mathias church. 1/2 hr easy walk parliament across chain bridge. Used metro on pest side and short walk up hill to apartment.

No lift, so we had to heave bags up to 1st floor.

La ubicación, tenía de todo el apartamento nos sorprendió, limpio ,y cómodo

Que no tenía ascensor porque no puedo coger mucho peso y tuve que dar muchos viajes por la escalera 😅. Le pondría una mampara al baño porque se moja la parte de afuera del baño y tenemos que estar secando .La ducha grande no funciona . Y la forma de pago no tenía datáfono.Por lo demás bien .

Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell' appartamento. I servizi offerti e tutti gli elettrodomestici presenti ( lavatrice e lavastoviglie). Posto tranquillo e vicino alla metro ed al supermercato.
