Location is near the city centre. Friendly staff. Clean. Absolutely recommend.

Great location walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Having a fridge and a washing machine. We needed the aircon in both bedrooms and the living area as it was very hot in Budapest in July. The apartment stayed cool which was awesome. The power went off for an hour one evening and when it came back on we had no hot water. I contacted the agent via booking.com and within an hour someone had been sent to rectify the problem. It was very fast service which we appreciated.

Only having one thin towel each for our four day stay. As the apartment can sleep four people there should have been four towels or at least some hand towels as well as the small bath towels. Just add the cost onto the booking. Each of the two double beds only had one pillow. There should be two pillows on a double bed even if only one person is using the bed. Not enough toilet paper for the number of people and length of our stay, we had to buy more. Being on the second floor (51 steps) but not having a lift, so we had to drag our bags up - but we did know this in advance and it’s not something they can fix. No washing powder was provided.

Excellent clean property in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Budapest.

No en-suite.

The location was fabulous. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

It could really I with an en-suite in one of the bedrooms for convenience. One bathroom between 5 was a bit of a pain. Ans there is plenty of room for one.
