Ariel Studio Close to St. Stephen Basilica

Location is great, staff was very kind, we could even leave our luggage at their office after the check out. Apartment was clean and tidy. We were able to check in on our own with ease thanks to their detailed instructions.

Walls are really thin, we could hear neighbors like they are in the room with us. Also, the bed was very squeaky.

The location was great, right at the main square (close to the airport shuttle and meteo lines), yet overlooking an inner yard so very peaceful and quiet during the night. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean. Would recommend.

The flat was quite cold on arrival, there were no instructions in the flat on how to operate heating. They are provided online but that’s not too helpful with the screen overload. The properties does not provide additional duvets to survive the cold until the flat is heated. So we got quite cold at the start, later it was ok.

The only thing which is good about the place is the location. It is centrally located with all major landmarks and public transport just a few minutes walk away.

There's quite a long list for it. Starting with the entrance, the building looks in a very good condition from outside but as soon as you enter it feels like a ruin. I'm not sure whether other apartments are also like this but the one we stayed in was in a bad condition. We booked 2 rooms, one double occupancy (Ariel) and one triple occupancy (Adrienn). Ariel: The bed size in the bedroom was so small that I couldn't even fit in properly. However, the kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities and the bathroom was also of good size. The length of the blanket was so small that if I tried to cover my foot then my upper body didn't have any cover and vice versa. Adrienn: similarly the bed size was very small. The sofa bed was again so small that I had to sleep diagonally to fit in the bed. I could barely cook anything in the kitchen and the washroom was so small that I couldn't actually turn around in the shower cabin. There was no door or glass to protect the water from coming outside the shower cabin. There was no heater in the bathroom. The AC was making so much noise and so was the flooring. It was creaking so much. You could clearly hear the voices from the other room. Overall, my stay wasn't the best and I wish I could have booked a better place and they showed the true images of every room.
