The location and also the space was clean

The shower was to small.

Although it was not very easy to find the main door and understand the keys method the instructions were very clear for the host. the location is priceless, in the middle of everything and all attractions are 30 min walk MAX, while most places are a 4-7 min walk. The bus station from the airport is 5 min walk from the apartment. the apartment is quiet, what you see in the pictures is what you get. There is a general heater which works well!

The towels were really small, and not enough in quantity. the curtains are a little see-through. the ceiling at the top part (where the bed) is is a little low, but also, I'm tall, 179cm, and you can get used to it. the water at some point was not getting hot, but it was a one-time thing. Over all, a Great experience!

Good location, close to everything. Quiet even though it’s in a busy area

The location of the property is fantastic, very central and easy to get to. The flat itself is quiet, even though it is in the middle of a busy disctrict. The host, Peter, was very helpful and accomodating. Communication was smooth and he was polite and kind! He was kind to let us know we left an item in the flat and could pick it up before we flew away, which I appreciated very much! The kitchen is sufficient for making a quick meal and has all the basic facilities for a shorter stay. The bed was also comfortable and the living room area is nice.

The entire flat is in dire need of some modernization! Upon arrival we found out that there are issues with the toilet and that the washing machine is not working. This was a problem as we stayed for over a week and definitely needed the facilities (was a deciding factor when booking). A new washing machine was organized quickly but unfortunately it was not sufficient either due to its horrid smell. There is no heating in the bathroom and it gets very cold. The limited availability of hot water was also a nuissance. The kitchen would benefit from a microwave, but there is a stove and oven. The living room has a lot of storage space, but there is no table to seat even two people. The sleeping gallery is very noisy and the staircase feels unsafe, very steep. The place is generally well maintained, but some old dirts, etc are evident, hence my comment that a general remake would be timely.

Really nice place with balcony top floor room and very good location. Really helpful owner.
