Cozy Loft at Opera

The location was great - super central and close to St. Stephen’s basilica. The building is safe and secure. There was a locker room nearby fyi. The apartment is very spacious, the bed and sofa comfortable to sleep on. Various kitchen amenities and utensils, big closet, quiet apartment building as a whole.

It would be great if there was another small towel per person for the face, as we had one big towel each. Also, the only thing we found missing in the kitchen in terms of tools were some sort of hand handles for handing hot food out of the oven.

We really liked how conveniently located the hotel was — it was close to everything, and I could easily reach all the main attractions on foot. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very helpful and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in.”

Everything was good.The only downside was that the entrance of the property could use some renovation, as it looked a bit worn down.

The room was in a good location for a city walk. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The room was warm.

We were unlucky and the elevator was broken for three days, which was exhausting to carry the stroller and stuff up and down. It was fixed by the time we left.

The apartment was everything we expected and more

The location is great—clean and easy to access. The apartment has everything you need, especially in the kitchen.

On the first day, there was a terrible sewage smell after turning on the heating. There is no coffee machine, although the booking states there should be one. There isn’t a moka pot either. The soundproofing is poor—neighbors downstairs complained about noise during the day, even though my child was just dancing. Keep this in mind.

The neighbourhood was perfect and especially the decoration of the house is so comfy to spend time at home. Bathroom and kitchen were new in such an old building. Rustic walls, high ceilings and modern paintings all together made it very attractive.
