A+ Central Apartments

Location was good

There was 4 locked doors with different codes/keys to get in the apartment which was worrying, also a safety issue incase of an emergency if we needed to get out in a hurry and long winded to get in and out. Beds were not beds they were foam on top of makeshifts beds and very uncomfortable. Bed clothes were scarce and thin. The partying (very loud) in the street below stopped at 6.30am each morning, very hard to sleep. No real sofa to relax on just foam on a hard surface, not comfortable. Curtains were missing in one bedroom which was overlooked by apartments across the street so couldn’t sleep or dress in the room. Shutters on windows didn’t work on any window. Fusball table was broken, very basic, no extras. Won’t stay here again and didn’t hear from host at all during the 5 days we stayed.

דירה גדולה, מעוצבת יפה ובמחיר טוב. ישנם 2 חדרי רחצה + שירותים הבעלים נחמד ואדיב. ביקשנו צ׳ק אין מוקדם ונעננו בחיוב. דירה במיקום מרכזי, מסביב המון מסעדות, ברים, סופר קטן מתחת לדירה וגם גדולים יותר במרחק של 3 דק הליכה.

הכניסה לדירה יכולה להיות קצת מסורבלת, אבל מתרגלים לזה, אנחנו הסתדרנו עם זה. לא הצלחנו לתפעל את הטלוויזיה וקצת התבאסנו אבל לא נורא. יכול להיות שאם היינו נעזרים בבעלי הדירה היינו מצליחים.

This hotel was in a good location. This is district 7 which is the party district but no concerns with safety at all and we have three little kids. The building is VERY old and run down a bit but that just means historic which we also enjoyed. Easy to get to so many things from here. We used public transit often which was not far away. Great night life as long as you get out there early to avoid the super busy crowds. You are close to the ruins bars and New York cafe as well as many great playgrounds for the kids. This area of town on weekends stays booming till 5-6 am. Noisy but no bother as far as safety or noise when living our life. Our coffee maker did not work and the staff got us a new one right away which was great. We stayed here early October, 2 adults and 3 kids 11-5 and no real problems. They space was comfortable. We did not cook as there was SO many fabulous places to eat all around this area. The balcony was great overlooking all the fun happening down below.

The space showed advertised to have a game console (pack man type machine) and that was not the case. There was a game table but that seemed like false advertising to only have one of the two things listed on the add. Lots of people mentioned the noise and although yes it was a busy, noisy street there was no problem for us or our three kiddos to sleep. The check is process was clear however on the instructions the wrong address is listed to pick up the keys and this caused much confusion for us on arrival especially at night with kids in a very busy area. Where you get the keys is not same location of the apartment but very close. Maybe 2 minutes away. Kitchen is very basic. No wine corkscrew which you guys have to fix. That is a basic need for a vacationer. The apartment itself was nice and all our family enjoyed.
