I think you should get a remote control for the air conditioning. The QR code didn’t work. Luckily the weather was OK:)

The code for the main door was issued on the day before 3pm in Email, and the code for key lock for the apartment door was provided in the same email to access the key. The apartment is clean and well maintanined and located at ideal location for easy access to food, this is important for me.

Bathroom wash basin drainage was not flowing, I raised the issue in message to the host via booking.com, but the issues was not dealt with. I raised a issue for how cold the apartment was as tempeture had dropped in Budapest, I had asked the heating to be turned up as there was no way of managing heating or AC tempeture in the apartment, The heating tempeture was not turned up.

An excellent apartment near a lively street with cafes, restaurants, and a mall; breakfast not included. Great location!

There are so many positive aspects of this property. It is as you see in the pictures. It is large and spacious. Also a big balcony. Nice big TV and comfortable couch and mattress. Well appointed kitchen. The location is great, big shopping strip downstairs and close to transport.

My reason for a low score is the management and cleaning. When we made our booking request, we asked for extra pillows. Upon checking in, they told me they didn’t see the request and cannot provide the pillows. The pillows provided were so bad which made it even worse to sleep comfortably. When we attempted to check in, we made the request 30 minutes before the allowable check-in time. Nobody responded to us and when we finally received the check-in details, we entered the property only to find it dirty and unprepared for new guests. I rang to report this and the lady over the phone could not give me an answer as to why. She just said we are running late, so why did they provide the check-in details? we were unable to check in until 5:30pm, 2.5 hours after the agreed check in time. They said in compensation we can check out two hours late. This is not compensation given the inconvenience caused. As we entered the property after the apparent cleaning, there was dust in areas that have never been clean before such as under the bed and behind the drawer cabinet. Also upon opening the bathroom cupboard, there were things left from the previous guest such as a used vaginal washer and tampons. This was disgusting. Further, the carpet and mats in the bathroom have never been cleaned. As I lifted them, an abundance of pubic hair and other hairs fell around the tiles. In summary, if customer service and cleanliness is taken seriously, this property would be 10/10
