Easy access to secure parking. Large apartment. Great location. Owner was quick to respond to text messages. Nothing missing at this property.

The couch was hard to get out of for old bodies. The shower tile grout is getting a bit tired.

"An excellent location and very large apartment."

Four ladies in the property, two in the small single beds was very uncomfortable. Fan didn’t work, bedside light didn’t work. Really not suitable for adults. Suggest a mattress topper on the beds.

Excellent location in the city. On the fourth floor with a balcony. Spacious apartment with kitchen. Comfy bed. Even a bathtub. Carpark underground was appreciated.

The many windows in the living area needed a good clean. With a nice view you want to see it clearly. The two tea towels in the kitchen were very threadbare and in need of replacement.

The location was brilliant for easy access around Adelaide, nearby parks, coffee, ice cream and dining.

Unfortunately maintenance was low. We have spoken to the owners about the number of issues, and have been advised that they will be seen to with urgency.

The location is truly so central to some of the best things the downtown area has to offer. Great coffee, food and entertainment right outside your door.

The hot water had a tendency to run low if all 4 guests took a shower.
