"Fabulous home from home for 4 adults. Ideal location to showcase Adelaide to interstate friends."

Private ensuite bathrooms to both bedrooms. Storage/hanging spaces. Large TV. Instruction pack re local eateries - especially for interstate visitors, walking distance to CBD, plenty of seating for 4, spacious balcony, proximity to restaurants, parks. Good quality coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, free parking. Communication with host throughout and particularly after raising the external noise factor.

The external noise factor isn't ideal for light sleepers. The apartment is situated under the flight path. Anticipated busy traffic on O Connell Street but assumed property would have double glazing to offset this.
