Perfect location, beautiful apartment. Only downside was the bed was rock hard

Everything was included. Location was near metro.

They put towel,shampoo for one person , but we were two people.

The apartment is clean, very modern and comfortable. The location is excellent as there are restaurants, take aways (including McDonald's and Burger King if that's your thing) & shops right outside, and a Lidl supermarket just across the street. There are buses and trams on the street outside and a metro station 50 metres away so getting around the city with a travel pass is incredibly quick and easy. It's a short walk to the Jewish quarter and famous ruin bars. The apartment has a reasonable amount of kitchen utensils etc and an oven, hob and microwave so it was easy to cook. I also liked that it has a small (4kg) washing machine which I used. There is an iron, iron board and drying rack for clothes which were all useful. The bed is basic but comfortable. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe with plenty of storage space although there were only two coat hangers so bring your own if you need more. The apartment is fairly quiet at night and there is a remote control for external window shutters to block out noise and light. The metro is nearby so I could hear the rumbling of trains going underneath the building but it wasn't too loud or intrusive. There is air conditioning too which I didn't use but would be great in colder and warmer months. The Hi5 team were quick to respond to a couple of queries that I had.

- The bathroom is very modern and clean but there is a strong drain / damp smell in there. The water from the shower would sometimes flow out into the rest of the bathroom despite using the shower curtain. There is an extractor fan which I used frequently to clear the smell but it kept coming back. - There is no subscription on the TV which I found out from Hi5 after arrival, so you need a Fire stick or similar HDMI device to watch anything as it's not a smart TV. Useful to know. - The building is secure at night (a good thing) so you need several different keys to get through various doors. The last section via a balcony to the apartment door has no light so you need a torch to find your way. The light switch is then right outside the apartment door but it only stays on for a few minutes so you can't leave it on before going out.
