City Park Rest Apartment with Air Condition

it was clean and neatly arranged. The host Gabor is so amazing, he was literally our virtual tour guide and helped make the trip an enjoyable one. I recommend him to anyone visiting Budapest.

The location is also perfect as it is close to the bus station and also walking distance to Christmas market and some tourist attractions.

The flat was comfortable and location worked for us. We recommend the flat.

My friend and I had a great experience. The owner, Mr Gabo was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, clean and warm. It's a nice and quite area with metro & bus stations around that can take you everywhere. I strongly recommend it. I'll certainly go back if I visit Budapest again!

Great apartment. Has everything you need. Full kitchen and even a washing machine. Seemed very safe with code lock at the front door and then two locks at the flat itself. Very quiet at night too. Gábor was a great host! Very easy going and flexible! Made the whole stay very simple - brochures and guides were layed out in the flat and he was waiting to explain everything when I arrived (even though my flight was an hour late and it was 11pm by the time I finally got there) .

The outstanding attentiveness of the host, superb Cleanliness, full-equipped accomodation and located in a very quiet area.

Budapest has an extremely hot weather over this period of the year and there was no air conditioning in the apartment, just a ventilator which my girlfriend and I felt was not enough to refresh. Bed pillows were too soft for our taste and the location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions of the city (around 40 mins walk).

Gabor was amazing to communicate with, he was available to help out with any question I had. The apartment is clean and spacious, and relatively well located- you can reach the city center or the area around the Heroes' Square in about 20 minutes. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, there is Netflix and Internet on the TV, a nice, new kitchen... All in all, it's a great value for the money you pay- I would recommend it and would come back again.

In regards to the apartment, everything was fine. Just be prepared that the building looks a bit sketchy, as it is very old. However, no problems there- the neighborhood was fine, and staying in a building with over a 100 year of history is actually a treat!
