Location, cleanliness, Check-in instructions were clear. Shower was nice and hot. Roland responded to requests in a timely manner.

We couldn't control heat to our liking. Black out curtains on the windows would have been helpful. There were no drapes at all that we could see in the larger bed/sitting room. If our friend had not had to cancel, they would have found sleeping in that room difficult with such bright, early morning light
