The location was great,everything was near and bonus was parking garage. Also clean and safe.

I just wish the comunication with the owner was a little better about parking garage but in the end everthing was ok.

This was the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we found the apartment in completely unacceptable sanitary condition: hairs on the bed, stained furniture, molded bathroom curtain, filthy kitchen sponge and greasy surfaces, dust on all furniture, spiderwebs and spiders on ceilings and corners, and cigarette ash on the balcony floor. The pull-out sofa bed was stained with clumps of hair and was unhygienic beyond use. We made repeated phone calls to the property, sent two emails with photographic evidence, and remained trapped inside the apartment, anxiously waiting for a resolution. Five hours later, they sent two individuals who did not clean properly — they merely wiped surfaces with paper towels and a generic spray. No disinfectants were used, and their behavior was intimidating and aggressive. We were forced to stay one night, as they left after 10pm and it was impossible to find alternative accommodation at that time, leaving us feeling physically unsafe and mentally distressed. The owners refunded the room price only after our insistence and the submission of extensive photo and medical evidence (including an eye infection possibly linked to the unsanitary conditions). They did not proactively offer compensation despite the severity of the situation and still withheld a €37 cleaning fee - ironically charged after a deeply unsanitary stay. This stay raised serious hygiene and safety concerns. Strongly advise future guests and Booking.com to reconsider this listing.

Blaffende honden buiten iedere ochtend en weinig handdoeken.

El apartamento está impecable. Las instalaciones completas y de alta calidad. El parking incluido es un plus importante.

El check out es a las 10 y no nos permitieron dejar el coche un par de horas más a pesar de que el check in del siguiente sea a las 15/16h. Después de pagar lo que se paga esperábamos ese gesto. Por la noche personas de habitaciones cercanas llegaban de noche con mucho ruido y perros en el patio nos interrumpieron el sueño en más de dos y tres noches.
