"I was obliged to cancel this booking and move to another hotel because of safety concerns."

Location is good.

This is the worst flat I've ever booked through the Booking.Com. In a word, it is not ready to receive guests as the whole appartment building is undergoing a MASSIVE Resonctruction and it is not safe for guests to stay in. The staircase and walls are supported by steel pipes, cracks in walls falling down and corridors are full of cement dust. Please remove this flat from the Booking.Com website until the reconstruction is completed. It is currently rates as "Wonderful 9.1" but in fact this is an unsafe and uncomfortable flat, exposing customers to a high risk.

"Nice location, but with some wifi connection problems."

The owner came to give us the keys at two in the morning, because that is when we arrived, which was vary nice of him.

The building was in reconstruction, but we were contacted shortly after we booked the place, with an option of cancelation.
