Sehr zentral gelegen, alle wichtigen Hotspots quasi fussläufig zu erreichen, sehr gute Heizungen die das Apartment schnell schön warm gemacht haben, im Prinzip alles von Fön bis Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine vorhanden, gutes Internet

Im Badezimmer hat es leider nach Schimmel gerochen

La posizione

Appena arrivati abbiamo segnalato la scarsa pulizia, chiedendo perlomeno delle lenzuola pulite. Per 4 giorni non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, gli unici messaggi dall’host sono arrivati per chiedere di lasciare recensioni positive (l’unica cosa che evidentemente gli interessa). Letto con lenzuola bianche ma con capelli/peli, come se non fossero state cambiate. Bagno sporco, con un cattivo odore di fogna che ha persistito per tutti i 4 giorni della vacanza, probabilmente causato dal lavandino parzialmente otturato (e segnalato trami tre messaggio). WC non fissato (come detto anche in altre recensioni di altri clienti). Doccia sporca (come da foto). Il tutto in un palazzo fatiscente con un ascensore ben poco rassicurante (vedere foto).

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, vergleichsweise günstig und nett eingerichtet.

Leider roch es im Bad echt unangenehm vermutlich wegen den alten Leitungen. Die Kissen und Decken könnten ruhig etwas hochwertiger sein.

The building is old, but it was ok.

The apartment looks like in the photos. Quite spacious. AC worked. There was toilet paper and shampoo provided. Though in a very party part of town it was quiet at night as the windows are facing the inner courtyard (though because of that we had to keep the curtains shut as people are walking right outside the windows :) location very central, lots of places to eat around and several grocery shops. One big mattress on the bed which was quite comfortable (it was harder mattress but for us it was good). Blackout curtains ideal for sleep. Owners always in contact answering any question.

The impression would be even better if some minor issues were addressed (pillows need to be changed, they are really worn out and uncomfortable; toilet is instable, faucet in the bathroom is shaky, and maybe it's time to deep clean the shower corners). These things did not really bother us much but they need to be addressed at some point :)

The place has everything you need. It’s close to sites.
