VillaVieja17 Studio-Apartments

L'appartamento ha una posizione molto comoda, vicina alla piazza del Municipio, alla Basilica di S.Maria e alla Playa Postiguet. Nonostante questo, il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso e abbiamo dormito molto bene. L'appartamento è molto grazioso, molto ben arredato e completo di tutto quello che serve, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piatti, posate, pentole, bollitore per il thè, macchina per capsule Nespresso e apparecchio per il pane tostato. Anche l'arredamento è curato, con decorazioni che lo rendono molto accogliente. Unico limite è il bagno, piuttosto piccolo, ma ben organizzato e arredato anche quello. Inoltre, l'host è stato molto efficiente e premuroso, ha preso subito sul serio la mia segnalazione sul condizionatore che non funzionava e l'ha fatto riparare nella giornata stessa, nonostante fossero i giorni della festa di San Juan. Come se non bastasse, per farsi scusare ci ha anche accordato uno sconto sul prezzo. Veramente eccezionale.

Perché migliorare quello che già va bene?

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. It was within a very short walk to anywhere we wanted to go in the city, with plenty of good restaurant and transport options right outside but just outside of the main streets so it was nice and quiet at night. The host was very responsive and attentive. Make sure to take some tapas and wine to the building terrace for a lovely evening with a gorgeous view of the city!

The only downside was the air conditioning is not strong enough for the space, so it got quite hot during the night even though we had it in the coldest settings

Great position near cafes and bars with fabulous views.

The apartment was in a perfect location, really close to city centre but on a quiet street a little set back, also 5 minutes walk to beach. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.

Tout, l emplacement, l agencement de l appartement, la deco, la réactivité du propriétaire, la vue mer et la terrasse sur le toit magnifique Tout était fait pour que nous passions une bonne semaine, nous sommes revenues enchantées de notre séjour dans ce bel endroit

Cudowny apartament w centrum ale w spokojnej cichej uliczce. Blisko plaża i wszelkie inne atrakcje .apartament bogato wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne .Nawet parasol i leżaki na plażę. Na pewno będziemy chcieli tu wrócić.

Perełka na Starym Mieście w Alicante. Apartament bardzo, przestronny, wygodny ,czysty, urokliwy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony.Jest wszystko co potrzebne ! Bardzo ujął nas wystrój mieszkania, który doskonale oddaje klimat Starego Miasta.Bardzo dobry kontakt mailowy z właścicielem, który jest chętny do pomocy. Widać, że gospodarze bardzo dbają o swoich gości- na powitanie butelka lokalnego wina, woda, kapsułki kawy do ekspresu, to bardzo miłe.Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie uliczka spokojna, tuż przy murach Bazyliki Santa Maria. Zaraz za kamienicą, w małej uliczce , cudny widok na Zamek Św.Barbary. To był wspaniały pobyt w Alicante. Oby więcej takich klimatycznych miejsc. Dziękujemy i polecamy.!
