Super comfy and central location in the old town.

Clean, good condition, nicely decorated, quiet. And the instructions and communications were very good.

Quite dark, and could use a bit more light in the kitchen area, but it’s ok.

Excellent central location ,and owners very helpful.

the pillows a bit too hard (for my taste), the hot water wasn't enough for the third person when the first two were taking longer showers

It was a really nice and comfortable apartment.

Everything about this studio was perfect. Location wise, it's a two minute walk to shops and restaurants, right next door to the Basilica of Santa Maria, and only a few more minutes walk to the beach, buses, taxis and the lift taking you up to the Santa Barbara Castle (which incidentally has the most amazing views of all of Alicante and is definitely worth a visit). As for cleanliness and comfort, it can't be faulted - everything we needed for our five night stay was available and spotlessly clean, and I really can't think of a single thing that was missing. Moreover, the careful planning of the layout of the studio was obvious so although not huge, there's still the impression of spaciousness. This careful planning extended to everything - check in, check out, and so forth - and made for a truly stress free stay, so much so that we would jump at the opportunity to return.

Lokalizacja idealna, blisko lotniska, kilka kroków do plaży, restauracji i innych punktów. Super połączenie z innymi miastami. Sam apartament na wysokim poziomie, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Duży plus za taras na dachu. Kontakt z właścicielem świetny, udostępnił apartament wcześniej niż było to planowane.
