Apartamentos Alfonso X

The location is perfect in the centre of Alicante an easy walk to the sea front and with every possible amenity close to hand. The apartment was as described on the site, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The terrace gets sun from early morning until late afternoon in December and the upstairs terrace has an electric canopy for the warmer weather. The bed was large and very comfortable. Communication with Cristina was faultless.

If I was being very picky I would be able to find something I didn't like but there really isn't anything to complain about.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The balcony is large and as the apartment is on the top floor of the block, it catches the sun - great for our winter break!!

Superb location opposite of the beautiful central market and all public transportation. Pedestrian street right next that takes you to the old town :) very quiet apartment despite the location. Really nice kitchen and terrace. Comfortable with baby pram with lift up to the apartment.

The wooden floors were really creeky which isn't a problem really unless you are trying to put a baby to sleep :) The beds in the second bedroom are very short. Luckily me and my husband are short too. The beds were exactly the length of my husband,175cm.

Brilliant location and had everything we needed. Stayed in the Duplex and had asked not to be opposite the large hotel but that was not possible. To be honest it was fine. We got the sun on the terraces pretty much all day which was great. It so close to bars, shops, restaurants and beach. Also close to bus stop for airport and tram stop to visit adjoining towns.
