Stilig leilighet som var godt utstyrt med fin og sentral beliggenhet. Tenker leiligheten egner seg veldig godt i litt varmere vær.

Gulvet var nylakkert når vi kom og leiligheten var ikke luftet ut skikkelig. Det var vanskelig å puste der inne de første par dagene uten å åpne alt av terrassedører. Temperaturen ute tilsa ikke åpne dører, så vi frøs. Lakklukten avtok etter et par dager og var ikke like plagsom resten av oppholdet. Ellers var det en voldsom knirking i gulvet som var irriterende.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist atemberaubend schön und komfortabel. Es ist besser ausgestattet wie jedes 5 Sterne Hotel! Die Gastgeberin ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung absolut premium! Alles ist sehr qualitativ hochwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Supermarkt gleich nebenbei. Altstadt kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Alicante ist eine tolle Stadt!

Es gibt absolut keinen Minuspunkt - es war alles perfekt!

Apartament wspaniały, duży, wszystkie udogodnienia. Właścicielka bardzo miła i kompetentna. Lokalizacja idealna, wszytko co potrzeba znajduje się w najbliższej okolicy.

Great location, opposite the market, close to the tram & a short down to the front bars & restaurants, Cristina was very helpful, the apartment had everything we needed, would definitely stay again.

"Menisin uudelleen"

Keskellä kaupunkia kaikkien palvelujen vieressä. Täydellisesti varustettu kahden kerroksen kattohuoneisto, makuuhuone ja suihkutila yläkerrassa, alakerrassa avara oleskelutila+keittiö ja WC. Paljon kaappitilaa vaatteille. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Molemmissa kerroksissa ilmalämpöpumppu lämmitykseen/viilennykseen. Isot terassit, sekä ylhäällä että alhaalla joihin maaliskuun lopulla aurinko paistoi heti keskipäivän jälkeen. Huoneisto oli pääkadun puolella, kauppahalli ihan kohdalla ja lyhyt matka Tram- pysäkille sekä lentokenttäbussille.

Vaikka oli paljon kaappitilaa, hyllyjä olisi voinut olla enemmän ja vaatetangot olivat melko korkealla. Upeat mäntylattiat narisivat melkoisesti mutta toivat samalla muistoja kotoa lapsuudesta... Nämä ovat pieniä miinuksia jotka eivät oikeasti haitanneet.
