Apartamento Luxury & Top sea view

Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung in der Unterkunft, haben den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen. Eine fantastische Aussicht über Alicante aus dem obersten (31.) Stockwerk! Das Apartment war sehr zentral gelegen, aber ruhig. Alles notwendige war vorhanden, die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehme und klare Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Joaquin. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

La vista y la ubicación son excelentes. Caminando se recorre perfecto Alicante. Es un lugar hermoso. También importante la resolución del anfitrión ante los inconvenientes. Diez puntos.

Al departamento le falta un poquito de atención. Cuando llegamos en un cajón estaban los platos sucios con comida. Asqueroso. Me comuniqué con el anfitrión y todo lo solucionó con premura pero fue un momento feo.

Location

No aircon outside rooms. Very dated furniture inside rooms. Mish mash of curlers and crockery and two cups with handles broken off. All needs replacing with new modern stylish (a trip to ikea can bring this hotel up a notch)

The noise from the street festival right underneath was unbelievably loud ,no soundproofing in room so slept badly. Room basic and needs modernization,pillows and bed sheets very basic and old .air fresheners to probably mask cigarette smoke which was really bad for my chest as I suffer from COPD . Non smoking room has a dirty ash tray on balcony! And neighbours on adjacent balconies smoke. Sliding doors to balcony were dirty ,not cleaned Beautiful view but didn't like anything else about this studio apartment

The view was amazing. Everything you need for a short stay.

There was work happening in the apartment next fort quite early

We booked this room because of the great view from the 30th floor. The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable and the shower is cool.

Didn't like the kettles; they were both in terrible condition. The iron was also in terrible condition, and the microwave was dirty. The room was booked all year round, so the kettle and iron could have been replaced.

Beautiful apartment, had to overcome my vertigo one way or another! Spectacular views day and night on the balcony. So comfortable. The owner was lovely and so fast at responding when we booked this last moment. Thank you again!
