Апартаменты находятся недалеко от крепости Санта -Барбара, возле музея. Рядом отличная инфраструктура: магазины, торговые центры, остановки транспорта До центра Аликанте около полу часа пешком. До моря минут десять - пятнадцать Центральный пляж.Возвращаться по жаре тяжеловато. Мы семьей предпочитали пляж Сан Хуан. Сами апартаменты удобные, но находятся на 4 этаже. Если не привыкли ходить по ступеням- будет тяжеловато. Были небольшие неудобства в виде текущего шланга душа и не закрывающихся дверей в туалет. Но главное что кондиционеры работали. Хозяйка сама встретила, рассказала о всех нюансах, посоветовала ближайшие "достопримечательности" . В целом условия проживания хорошие. Рекомендую.

Высокий этаж без лифта. По жаре с возвращение с пляжа достаточно тяжело переносится .
