Luxury Residence with a Beautiful view for the Danube River

The view over the Danube was magnificent, especially at night. Communication with host was exceptional.

Some of the fittings had had their day and needed updating. “Luxury” was over egging the pudding.

The unit was very well presented and comfortable. The position was fantastic and the view of the Danube from the balcony was stunning.

There was no information booklet supplied and we didn’t realise there were remote controls to close hidden blinds on the windows so we subsequently had no light blockout in the bedrooms. Kitchen knives were very blunt.

Location and communication with owner are really good. Also, kitchen and other facilities mewly installed and very useful

Location was excellent. Quality of the apartment was very good. Beds very comfortable.

Windows would benefit from blinds as the bedrooms got bright very early.

Great views, great location, great aircon, everything great really. My friend enjoyed making photos and videos on the balcony, she said the location was liking being in a dream. Its a 9.5 rating but I am unable to award this on the site.

A few improvements but i'm being picky....firstly, blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms, as the sun shines in the room from about 4am which makes it very light and quite hot, may help with traffic noise as well; secondly, the balcony could be smartened up, new glass, better lighting for night time, bare walls painted.

The property was modern spacious and clean and in an excellent location. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend.

The location is excellent, between the Chain and Elizabeth bridges, overlooking the Danube. Lovely places for breakfast near the chain bridge, and good evening restaurants near the Elisabeth bridge. The apartment has been beautifully fitted out with attention to style and comfort. The wrap around balcony is lovely. Situated on a tram route so easy to travel, and just beneath the castle which is easily accessible by the funicular railway a five minute walk away.

Our only minor gripe would be about two things; There is a little bit of damage to the principal bedroom door, and cigarette type burns to settee and dining table which slightly detract from the wonderful feel. Despite king size beds, only two small pillows are provided which I’m sorry, is just inadequate. The provided towels are not great either. A very minor couple of negatives, but we feel these little things are important when the property is described as ‘luxury’. However, these didn’t prevent us enjoying this apartment……. Lovely stay
