The Place to Be

Proximity to all. Beach is one block. Lovely late night cafe/bar is just at the end of the street. Supermarket, bakery, coffee is all on same street. 10 minutes walk from top of street to centre of town.

Little issue with building front door key sticking. One key worked, the other was impossible. Minor hiccup. Would have appreciated beach towels as overseas visitors are not going to carry in their luggage.

We stayed in this apartment with our family while visiting Alicante, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was cozy and exceptionally clean. The conditions exceeded our expectations — everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and even more. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere felt like home. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Lovely views. Local Spanish shops and shopping mall nearby. The beach just across the road. Lovely walk into the centre. Great views over the ocean. Victoria is just the most outstanding and generous host. The flat is really superb and very well supplied with toiletries, and other household supplies. There is a bus stop just outside for buses into the centre..

A problem with the main door and small room shutter didn't work during our stay.
