"Quite location with view of the lake from the balcony"

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean and tidy and Richard was a good host. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a choice of pods. Also packets of cereal supplied. Both lounge and bedrooms quite spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Easy walk to town where there was a choice of eating places.

"Superb"

The house was close to all shops and facilities. The hosts thought about everything guests could need such as towels, soap, laundry detergent, snacks etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back :)

"Poor"

We liked the actual inside of the place

The shower was downstairs in the garage.There wasn't much of a lake view as the owners house was right in front of us.The deck was tiny and you couldn't smoke out on it not allowed so I had to go downstairs and out through the garage 14 stairs so that was annoying.

"Funky little apartment in a great location , but very private and peaceful"

What a great place, comfortable and private, and could walk just down the hill to town . Hosts were delightful and check in and leaving was easy.

"Lakeside bliss."

Very spacious living room & bedroom, location is very tranquil, private, restful with some lake outlook and close to lakeside trail. Town centre is walking distance. Guesthouse is very well equipped indeed. Budgewoi & Munmorah lakes are very beautiful with many water birds.

Very small bathroom with shower is downstairs at rear of garage. Chilly in winter. (But toilet & wash basin are upstairs).
