Tyba Deluxe Apartment

Die besondere Aussicht aus dem Appartement (13ter Stock) ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Mit allem was man so brauchen (Wasserköcher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine "Nespresso" und sogar eine Waschmaschine). Die vorhandene Klimaanlage hat für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Das Hochhaus liegt in einem abgesperrten Bereich und ist über ein extra Tor zugänglich. Der Parkplatz für unser Mietwagen wurde uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieser liegt direkt bei der Unterkunft. Die Innenstadt ist mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wer Lust hat kann auch in den Pool springen, welcher direkt vor dem Haus liegt.

Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Lo limpia y nueva que estaba la casa con todas las comodidades accesorios necesarios. Además estaba cerca de la playa y tiene vistas al mar.

La cama era un poco pequeña y demasiado dura y que al amanecer al no tener persianas aunque bajes los estores entra luz

- Le bruit ! L’appartement est en travaux, tous les matins à 8:00 bruit incessant de marteau piqueur et perceuse, ainsi que la journée lorsqu’on est à la piscine, ce n’est pas du tout reposant 😭 Également, dommage que les rideaux ne sont pas occultants totalement, nous sommes réveillée par la lumière (et le bruit évidemment…)

Amazing accommodation! It’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and station. A few stations away from Alicante Centre. It was really clean, good equipped and David was really nice! We would definitely recommend this apartment ❤️

Building work going on that we were not made aware of, builders outside the window in the morning and very loud. We came back to the accommodation and some metal trims came falling down upon us and I had to shout to my wife to get back out of the way as they just missed up!!!

It was not advertised as building work going on and a lack of contact from the management company.

The owner rents the apartment during a major renovation, a lot of noise can be heard in the apartment from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., there is dust in the apartment, there is dirt on the floor. There is no privacy in the apartment even though the apartment is on the 13th floor. The owner does not communicate

The building was a being renovated. We were not told about this.

They facilitated our late arrival. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

When I booked one of my filters was a swimming pool. We were not informed that the swimming pool was closed for repairs.
