Location was very nice the view was amazing

The neighbor from Kalinderu hotel was rude and agresive at one point we had to shortened our trip due to fear it's sad this happened in this time some locațions are not safe to travel not welcoming and I can say racist

The apartment is modern, cosy and very nicely decorated, as per the pictures. It has a lovely balcony and a roof window that gives you a beautiful view of the mountains. It is right by the slopes and it is a lovely quiet area. Instructions to access the flat were clear and it was easy to get in. It was good to see that there was an iron board and an iron.

While the apartment has a kitchen, it is quite pointless if there is nothing at all provided- I.e. there's no salt, no oil, no vinegar, no coffee machine capsules, no coffe saches, no milk pods, no kitchen hand towel or paper towels either. These are very cheap and easy things that could be provided but which are not easy to purchase by customers who may stay just for a couple of nights. Similarly there is a washing machine but no washing capsules. The shower head was leaking and most likely needs changing. The shower tray has an issue as the water leaks on the bathroom floor. The mop available absorbs some of it but not all. While there are speakers they seem quite old, with no Bluetooth or wires we could connect to a phone or laptop. If these do work though, instructions would have been useful.

Beautiful and cozy apartment with a great view right next to the ski slopes.

The dog barking almost constantly that was also very close

Great location, near ski slope. Very nice living room, modern and comfortable. Easy access, information received on time.

Small details that make the difference: little dishwashing gel left, dirty dishes sponge, kitchen had plumbing issues, toaster not functional
