Lokalizācija ideāla, praktiski centrā. Lielas telpas un viss diezgan svaigs. Nomainīja arī dvieļus, jo dzīvojām nedēļu. Atslēgu saņemšana un formalitāšu nokārtošana bija ļoti ātra un vienkārša. 2 vai 3 kvartālu apkaimē ir gan tirgus, gan tramvaja pietura, gan krastmalas promenāde un Rambla

Blakus namam tiek veikta rekonstrukcija, tas ir dzirdams, īpaši no rīta. Istabai ielas pusē varētu būt labāka skaņas izolācija.
