Bazan 16

Communication with host was great and it was easy to gain access to our apartment. Apartment was really well located centrally but didn't suffer with any noise because of this. Apartment was very clean and cosy and having the outdoor space was really beneficial, really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to dislike for us

This was our second stay in Bazan 16 . We stayed there in early 2020. The apartment is ideally situated in centre of Alicante and it is excellent for a couple. It is close to great eateries and an easy walk from the promenade. We would be happy to return.

As we get older climb up 3 flights of stairs may be a problem.

The apartment was wonderful and really made our trip to Alicante special. We were right in the heart of the old town, with wonderful sights, bars, and restaurants in every direction. Although central, the apartment is located on a quiet one-way street with no bars or restaurants, so it was very peaceful. The roof terrace was perfect with comfortable furniture, nice decor, and not too overlooked - even in January, we got the afternoon sun for a few hours. We actually spent more time in the apartment than we had planned to as it was so comfortable and relaxing! The apartment was small but well equipped with a living area (comfy sofa and smart TV), a dining table, a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso machine (classic pods - available at all the local supermarkets), kettle, toaster, and plenty of kitchenware. The bed was king-size, with two pillows each and an exceptionally comfortable mattress. We slept so well - even in the centre of the city, there was barely any noise due to the well insulated doors and additional shutters. Cristina, our host, was extremely helpful and made everything so simple. Entry to the apartment was easy, and we were even able to enter early and check out late around our flight times as the apartment was not booked. I thought this was very kind, and it made such a difference to our first and last day - we could relax without our luggage! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for future visits to Alicante

Nothing would stop me staying at this apartment again, but it would be good to have: ● Some nice coffee cups - only a set of espresso cups and 3 mugs. ● Ironing board (there is an iron) ● a small bedside table on each side of the bed - one side had none and the other side had a large one.

A modern studio apartment located on the 3rd floor. Brilliant location and everything is within walking distance. The terrace was lovely and very spacious - the pictures don't portray how good it is. The host was very lovely. We really appreciated the late checkout. Thank you. Highly recommend

The location and the apartment was comfortable

The ceiling in the bathroom and bathroom was very low in the corner. So I kept hitting my head on it.

The 3rd floor apartment was just perfect for my partner and I. It had everything you would need. Aircon was great . Bed was so comfortable. The apartment is so close to some lovely restaurants and cafés, just a 2 min walk away. The large terrace was such a bonus!
