Apartamento Santa Maria by Be Alicante

Self catering all the things you needed were there , location was good we saw the festival of the year from a prime location

You need a good plumber in there to fix under the kitchen sink very ameteurish connection to the drain resulting in the apartment smelling of sewer gas , we had to keep the plug in the sink all the time . Get it fixed.

Best location - in the heart of the city center and almost next to the beach. Walking distance to everywhere within 2-3mins. Lovely apartment with stunning view to Santa Maria church, had all the amenities needed and it is totally recommended for 3 or 4 persons as it is divided in 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa-bed) with door. There are not enough words to describe how satisfied we were with this room! Have a drink or breakfast on the amazing terrace with the castle view. It's totally recommended!

Great location, great view. Old town points of interest at 3 to 20 min of walking, market at 3 min, beach at 3min.... Nice to have all comfort as at home (functional kitchen and washing machine, as in description).

The plaza is some kind of "meeting area" of the local guides....at 6am 😁

I liked the view of the Santa Maria church, the fact that it was 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The apartment had a microwave, sandwich maker, washing machine, cleaning detergents, hair dryer, ironing machine, pans, cups, dishes and cutlery. Most of the things you would need in an apartment.

Even though the apartment was clean, it smelled really bad. The living room smells like raw fish and the bathroom like cat litter. I cleaned the floors several times, used air freshners and let the windows open, but after a couple of hours the smells came back as strong as before. The sofa was also a bit dirty and it looked like it could use a thorough clean. Also, the church being so close, the bells rang like once every hour, including 6am and midnight. It was challenging to sleep in.

Very good location, the apartments were neat and clean. The furniture is fresh and New. There is an iron, hair dryer, coffee machine and other electrical appliances. The dishes are beautiful. Responsive and kind staff.

1.the washing machine did not work well, which was never repaired in a week. 2. in a small room, there are no curtains and the window does not open

amazing view of the basilica! we will definitely be back! the apartment is very clean, the kitchen is equipped!
