The apartment itself is very clean, modern and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the shower powerful enough and always hot. The location is great as you are right in the centre of the old town, so close to all city attractions and so many good places to eat and drink on the doorstep. We didn't meet Sophia but she was a great host for giving us lots of recommendations in Alicante, giving detailed instructions for check-in and being quick to reply with any questions we had.

Not the fault of the owners but it can get a little noisy due to the bars outside opening till around 2 / 3am. This was only really noticeable on 1 of the nights but it is something to be aware of, so worth bringing earplugs in case.

Sophia (apartment's host) is very friendly and helpful. Apartment itself is located in strict city center, so all main tourist attractions are within walking range. City beach is just few minutes away as well. A lot of restaurants around and few shops.

Nice decor as per photos, owner Sophia very helpful. Convenient for restaurants in fact many bars and tavernas under the apartment.

Noise! Because the restaurants are below, you do hear constant noise in the evening until very late.

Sophia’s property was AMAZING. We stayed for 3nights and it was so central to absolutely everything. Bars, beach, clubs and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy. Plenty of room/ seating. Everything you need was provided, including towels, cutlery and spices. The beds were comfortable and Sophia even went the extra mile to provide earplugs in one of the rooms that was close to the street. Sophia as a host was excellent. She allowed early check in and late check out and was so friendly and helpful when checking in. She also sent us a list of her recommendations which we sampled a few and were not disappointed. The property was absolutely perfect for what we looking for and I would definitely recommend and be staying again!

One of the rooms was noisy due to location but this was disclosed and ear plugs were provided.

We like our one week stay in the flat. It has perfect location - close to everything - like restaurants, bars, the port and the beach, the church. The design is very modern. We like the living room so much. It's big - perfect for maximum 6 people. The host provide the small heater because it was January. In the kitchen you will find everything you need.

Please take consideration that 2 bedrooms do not have window outside (one of them has no window at all, and one has only to inside coridor). We are not sure how it is during summer but in winter in the bathroom there is specific smell even we were using the ventilation and so... It can be very loud during nights but it's normal when you are sleeping so close to the center :)

The location is great for everything you need for a great stay .To get around the tram is good and a great price .And the bus from airport runs every 20 minutes to the centre of Alicante . The only thing i would say has there is bars and cafes close to apartment it does get noisy on a friday and saturday night if you wanted a early night
