"Great location but there is plenty of room for improvement in terms of hospitality"

Great location. Very central flat with a lift. Very bright and spacious with a huge sofa to chill.

The check-out time was too early (10.00) whilst the check-in was after 15.00 The bed wasn't comfortable. Hard pillows and a plastic cover on the mattress that made you sweat. There was no coffee or tea in the house.
