This residence was absolutely one of our favorite places to stay in the world. Elena is a gracious, helpful, and always available host. The residence is charming and opulent, with decor that reflects the history of Cagliari. We felt almost as if we were in a cozy museum. Yet, the apartment had all the appointments and comforts of a modern home. The kitchen was stunning and useful. The bathrooms and bedrooms were elegant. The climate control for the rooms was convenient and effective in the heat of summer. Every room was impeccably clean with ample and charming furnishings to simply move in. Furthermore, parking in the heart of the city was convenient and safe. What was particularly enjoyable was the stunning location of the residence in the Castello district. We were walking distance away from fabulous boutiques, tranquil cafes, charming pizzerias, and the best restaurants in Cagliari. Additionally, Poetto Beach was a short 10-minute drive away. We most definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

The apartment was only 12 minutes from the airport. It is in a central location, close to everything, including shops, galleries, the gardens - and ten minutes walk away the marina. The apartment is 3 bedroom, all good sizes. The decor is classic, elegant and simple (in the best sense of the word). Everything you would expect is there in terms of washing machine, iron, toaster, microwave, tumble dryer etc. A very well equipped apartment seamlessly blending antique elegance with modern comforts. Elena met us graciously and with a warm welcome - explaining how everything worked. We highly recommend the property - and the area! We went to Poetto beach, enjoyed. Abus tour to familiarise ourselves with the city (the bulk of which is small enough to walk around). We had a boat trip one day, visited the Botanical Gardens another day. It was a delightful blend of sightseeing and relaxation.

The apartment was stunning and in a perfect location in the city. It was spotless with beautiful antiques and decor and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Elena is a pleasure to deal with responding quickly and spoke perfect English.

This place was amazing. Excellent location, and the apartment was beautiful. Beautifully furnished and our host was so helpful with recommendations, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. In a beautiful location and building. The apartment was absolutely stunning, to be honest. I have never stayed in an apartment so beautiful, and we were provided with everything we needed, The host was amazing as well, so helpful. I will definitely be back here and will be recommending it to everyone I know if they ever travel to Cagliari.

This apartment is BEAUTIFUL and exceeded our expectations!!! It was spotless and very well appointed. We loved the central location and that everything was within walking distance. Parking for our rental car was just a few minutes walk. Host Elena has done a wonderful job creating a relaxing and homey accommodation with the pleasures of elegant period Italian furnishings paired with completely modernized bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment was perfect and we plan to return!! On a 1 to 10 scale, this truly is a 12!!!!

The apartment is comfortable, quiet, well appointed and tasteful, with interesting antiques. Really well located for all the tourist activities. We visited an architectural museum, a roman amphitheatre, had a boat ride with snorkelling and of course visited the flamingo lagoon. This was a self catered apartment, a wonderful café less than 2 minutes away serves the most divine omelettes, in fact serves great food all day long. The whole area is full of very nice restaurants. Also our host was very helpful and kindly left us some tea, coffee, olive oil and even a bottle of sparkling wine which we thought was very generous.
