Copper Oven apartments

I collected our keys from the Copper Oven staff, she was very friendly and hoped we had a good stay.

A) Maybe a hand rail by the main door for an elderly person as a suggestion.B) Thankfully we found books on the cooker and we were able to use the rings. We are used to gas so took a little working out with electric but we got there :)

This apartment is absolutely stunning! The bathroom is insane, I would move in permanently just so I could use that bath and shower every day! The double bed is like laying on a cloud and the pillows are unreal. Best nights sleep I've ever had on a trip away.. its located right in the middle of the town centre so you are close to everything. The kitchen has everything you would need, it really is like a home from home. They seriously need to tell me where they bought that mattress and pillows as I need them in my life!!!

The only thing I'd mention is that there's a bit of confusion with the checkout time. You'll be told that if it's before 11am, they'll get someone to collect the keys, but if it's "any time after 11am" then to drop them off in the cafe. That gives the impression that you've no rush to leave but today as I was getting dressed I had someone knock on the door at 11:45 to say she'd been sat outside an hour waiting on me leaving at 11am. I got in a panic about it but thankfully she was amazing and said to take my time as its happened many times due to the way its written on the message. So be aware the check out is 11am.

Extractor fan next door constantly noisy, front door unsafe, bedroom window view next door flat roof which is used for storage bikes leaning on window , no door on the flat opposite no privacy , settee in living room uncomfortable and living room outdated lovely bathroom although we had to clean hairs from the bathroom, I don’t think the booking in website shows this apartment in a true light, over priced and very dissatisfied

Property is a bit tired some things need replaced but most things are great

Great location, close to all amenities. Nice flat, comfy beds and parking adequate. Kitchen well equipped, v spacious living room with all TV options (Netflix etc).

Bathroom mirrors mainly decorative (unless v tall!), very noisy in 2nd bedroom (aware host can't necessarily do anything, air con unit outside on and off all night), no working lock on bathroom door, no mirror near a plug point. For other guests info, Arbroath very noisy with seagulls (outwith host control)
