I really enjoyed my time in this apartment. It was perfectly clean, cosy and well organised (there also a coffee machine). Another compliment is just for the balcony: the view is breathtaking from both sides! The owners are easy-going, welcoming and helpful people and they made sure to provide us with all necessary information. Thank you very much for such a warm welcome! ❤️

The host is helpful with every thing. Location is right in center, you can walk everywhere. A lot of restaurants and coffee bars nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Because is very central location, it is very hard to park the car. You need to "hunt" one of the free place in front. It is a little noisy because a lot of people and cars.

"Bright and Spacious in the Heart of Cagliari."

I like everything about this apartment. It checked off all boxes for me. Enrico was a very kind and helpful host. Firstly, I arrived at 9 AM and was given a much earlier Check-in for which I am very appreciative. The location of the apartment was great. It is about 10m from the beautiful St Michele’s Cathedral and about 100m from the very vibrant Piazza Yenne which offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and the hub for the shopping district. In addition to Piazza Yenne, there are several streets filled with eateries 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment. You are just a few minutes walk to the bus and train station. Enrico offered a variety of restaurant/cafe suggestions and any inquiries I had he replied immediately. The apartment is a huge bright studio. It has two different sets of folding doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the street and the cathedral. The kitchen has everything you could need for you short stay; fully furnished. It is quite compact and well designed. The table folds down to create more space. There’s lots of storage for clothing. The bed is very comfortable. Very nice washroom with sufficient towels, nice rain shower with good water pressure and temperature. The wifi and AC worked excellently. Lots of lights and plug outlets. Very happy to have chosen this apartment and highly recommend it. I would love to return.
