"Nice apartment in perfect location"

Nice little apartment. The location is excellent: in the Marina neighborhood, full of restaurants and bars, and 300 m from Piazza Costituzione and the historic neighborhood of Castello. However, it is located in a quiet street at the ground level but there are no noises at night. The location feels also very safe. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including washer and dryer. Although I have not met my host Nicola, communication with him was very easy and he provided clear instructions for the check-in. I strongly recommend this apartment. Note: the unit is not suitable for people with walking disabilities as it has stairs.

La posizione vicino al centro.

Piccolo appartamento a piano terra ma su 3 livelli con scale. Appena si entra si ha la zona giorno con cucina e salotto ma bisogna scendere di 4 gradini mentre per la zona notte si sale prima una scala per accedere al bagno poi altri 4 gradini per la camera da letto. Bisogna porre attenzione nel muoversi con un primo soppalco per salire ai servizi ed un secondo soppalco dove c'è il letto. Piccole finestre ed altezza soffitto, nella zona notte, bassa. Alloggio con un deumidificatore ed un clima per rendere alloggio accettabile...e non particolarmente pulito. Ha deluso le nostre aspettative anche per il costo.
