The location was great and it felt secure.

The bedroom lights did not work, so half of the apartment was in darkness. There was no hand soap despite a soap dispenser being in the bathroom. There was a blood stain on the pillowcase - luckily I brought my own pillowcase and slept on that instead. There were loose tiles in the entry way that were super dangerous and I almost rolled my ankle multiple times. The freezer made extremely loud grating noises every single night. The neighbour upstairs stomped around and dragged furniture around at 2am most nights. The host gave specific instructions regarding using the correct bins, however all the labels had been rubbed off and it wasn’t clear which bins were supposed to be used. When I asked, I had no reply. Prior to arriving, I also asked the host which plugs were used in the apartment as there are different types used in Italy, and I wanted to make sure I had the correct converters. They told me the wrong plug type and I had to run around in a panic looking for plug converters for my electronics. When I raised this concern with them, there was no apology or offer for resolution. For anyone reading this that decides to stay here, you’ll need the L type.

De ligging in het centrum

Geen balkon. Minimale attributen in de keuken. Te weinig glazen. Bij aankomst deed de slaapkamerverlichti g het niet. Zijnde volgende dag komen verhelpen.⁷
