Dana-Cozy Apartment with Shared Entry in the City

Tolle Lage mitten im Center, daher zum parken vor dem Apartment schwierig. Großer Balkon, der frisch renoviert schien.

Es war leider nicht sonderlich sauber, Badezimmer verkalkt und verschmutzt, Küche leider auch dreckige Laden. Als wir ankamen lief auch noch die Waschmaschine und Wäsche stand draußen auf dem Balkon.

Air-conditioning was very noisy, beds could be softer

Great location and clean apartment. Appliances and furniture were of good standard. Owner was very responsive to messages and requests, good communication. Easy access to city centre, shopping and restaurants.

The ironing board was just fabric over metal mesh. There were marks on the walls. Apartment felt bare bones, no art pieces or other decorations to get that cozy feeling. Walls were extremely thin, could hear neighbours conversations. No AC in bedroom.

Location was fantastic and very central. Spacious apartment and balcony. Easy to check in and parking (for which I paid extra) was relatively smooth to access.

Check-in time being limited to 4pm was a little late. Amenities such as a hair dryer and especially a clothes dryer should have been provided. (Although a clothes drying rack was available on the balcony, wet weather and rain reaching close to the door would have made drying clothes post-wash an impracticality.) Also, the building fire alarm went off twice during my stay (but that is probably bound to happen when you live above multiple cafés).

Good location, easy access and good facilities.

Paid parking and the hidden costs associated with the check-in and check-out processes. Better off booking with a nearby hotel or even a lower end motel for a good piece of mind with decent parking.
