Beautiful large and sunny apartment with balcony in the center. Parking optional. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to accomodate us.

Location was fantastic. Made up for any negatives. A few upgrades & this could be a luxury apartment.

Mould removal needed in bathroom- I gave it a quick scrub with products under the sink. A little more attention to detail with cleaning. Bed & couch were not comfortable at all. Seems like the cheapest options of furniture. Walls are thin, could hear the neighbour. Was expecting shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Ac was old & noisy, took a while to cool the apartment. Paid extra for parking then had someone leave a note on my car about not parking there.

The furnishings are a bit weird, big space but nothing really in it and the couch is so far from the tv.

location and price. kitchen well equipped. bed mattress comfortable.

sparsely furnished. Day bed in lounge very very uncomfortable to sit on. A seperate confortable lounge closer to TV even a 2 seater would be a vast improvement and a small coffee table. this would change the ambience of whole lounge and wouldn't seem so empty. the bathroom body wash idea in shower excellent but need a face washer to use. Towels are very very thin. Bedroom. the bed Doona not functional slips off bed as not bid enough to tuck in. an extra blanket would be excellent.
