空間很大，有四人餐桌椅真的很方便！配備齊全，有電暖爐、浴缸、吹風機、洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐、熱水壺、電磁爐、泡麵鍋、平底鍋、刀具、很多杯具和餐具，最貼心的是有附充電線可以使用！

走廊若有人經過聊天，會有些許聲音。另外，1003房的房門不好上鎖，門框上的鎖孔不是對齊的，有公差，導致鎖門時需推拉門，不小心導致噪音。

"快適に滞在できました"

部屋は綺麗で滞在に必要なものは大体揃っており、とても静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 すすきの繁華街・地下鉄駅（豊水すすきの）に近く、またマンションの横に広い有料駐車場が、向かいには立体駐車場があるので、立地的にも申し分ありません。

テレビで地上デジタルを見ることができませんでした。BSは映りました。 洗面台に鏡はありますが部屋にはないので、部屋で座って化粧をする為には鏡を持参した方が良いです。
