Dear Gautam Ji and Ms. Manjari, You people are genuine for me. Thank you so much for extending your helping hand to us in that tough situation created by Miramar people. I think, you people should take over the Miramar Fern too because those people are spoiling the image of the hotel. It is only because of you people I am not wiring any review on google regarding Miramar pathetic services. I paid Rs. 50000 advance to them and even after that they harassed my guests. Also they have asked money for dirty bedsheet from one of very senior officer (Retd. Commissioner of Delhi). But I am so thankful to you for the great hospitality and all the services provided by you. My colleague Mr. Sandeep was very happy with your services. His feedback for the same made me pride. I've been to fern habitat candolim in September and I totally fell in love with the ambience of the hotel. It's also not so far from the beach. The staff also was very great. Special thanks to Ms. Meenakshi on front office she made our check in so smooth and greeted us with a warm smile all the time. Regards Sam.

"Good property with a lot of scope for improvement"

We visited Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa in Oct 2025 with family. This was my fourth stay in a Fern property, but with every stay I feel the quality of Fern service is going down day by day. The property is very nice and close to beach but the staff seems to have a very casual approach and the management seems to be least bothered about it. Firstly the housekeeping team was extremely inefficient, we stayed for three nights and first day we went for site seeing after instructing the reception to clean our rooms, to our surprise when we came back in the evening our rooms were not cleaned, when we called housekeeping they asked us to wait for 45 minutes after which the housekeeping team came and we had to wait outside our rooms till they did their work, which was done very hurriedly and not up to the mark, we were told that there were some new check inns so they didn't get time, which was quite surprising. Next day when we returned to room the room was cleaned but water was not refilled nor were the tea coffee supplies refilled, towel were not kept in the room so again we had to call the housekeeping and get it done. Secondly regarding restaurant, the chef needs to seriously work on the taste part, the breakfast and dinner spread was basic and good but lacked taste. Also during one of the breakfast there was no tea, coffee, when we enquired we were informed that milk had just come so tea and coffee will be served after half and hour, also there was no butter with the toast, again we were informed that they have run out of stock for butter and cheese, I mean such a reason was accepted if the hotel was in some remote village, but in Goa and in Fern property one cannot accept that such basic things are not available in breakfast. Also the restaurant manager was no where in sight. Normally in other restaurant the manager is seen inside the restaurant managing the show, but here we didn't see the manager on any day of our stay. Even during dinner when a particular item was finished there was no one to refill it, if the manager is present it is his job to look into it. Overall I would say Fern has very good properties but the management of Fern needs to seriously train their staff on basic service and hospitality and the duty managers need to be on ground to check how the staff is working.

"Fantastic experience"

I went to the hotel last month for a quick trip with my girlfriend.We were both new to Goa, but the receptionist, Zareen, was fantastic! She really helped us plan out where to go and even suggested some delicious food.
