Great little cozy apartment with everything you need for a short or mid-term stay, excellent location close to the "entrance" into the Oetztal, very friendly and quick communication with the host. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Can be used as a great base for exploring the valey and coming back to the apartment for the dinner and night We were four (with two small kids) and it was just the right size for a 1-2 nights stopover. But if you travel as a couple it should be a great little place to stay for a longer time

The location met our expectations. The host was friendly. Parking was easy, despite a narrow street. I expect our room would be perfect for two travellers in winter, autumn or spring. It's good the room had a dish washer.

The elephant in the room was the lack of air conditioning. There was no way to cool the room to bareble (sleepable) temperature. Even with all windows open, when it was already cool outside, the house needed hours too cool down. The window of the room faced the street, and each passing car was first illuminating the room (the curtain didn't block light) and then creating noise. So once we managed to barely fall asleep, we were awoken by each passing car. Closing the window was out of question due to temperature. The room was very small, definitely too small for 4 persons. The kitchen also serves as the entrance area, and it's so tiny that the fridge doesn't fit and is installed in the room, together with the dining table. With the sofa used as the shildrens' bed, there was barely any space left for our belongings. The bathroom was OK, but didn't have enough towel hooks or shelves for 4 persons. Considering a big empty wall, it must be simple to solve. An unpleasant surprise was the discovery of silverfish running on the (otherwise very clean) bed linen. I caught one before we went to bed, but another one ran over me at night, and I didn't like the feeling. All in all, for cooler seasons—add towel hooks in the bathroom, and don't advertise this room for more than 3 persons, and it's fine. For summer, add mosquito net in the bathroom, another door at the entrance (to guard of animals), and an air conditioner, and the room will be small but nice.

Very clean and nice apartment, good communication with the owner. Nice location. We liked it.

Quite small for 4 people, but ok for one or two night stay. An air con would be useful.

For 3 persons quite small appartment. In my opinion not enough space to store your stuff.. Only one small wardrobe available without shelfs..
