Genteel Home Santa Teresa

We loved that the walls kept out the sound between rooms. The balcony was lovely for coffee in the morning. The staff met us at the apartment and explained how to gain access and they were very accommodating throughout. We asked for additional coffee supply and they brought it within 30 minutes of our request!

We expected to have the use of a terrace and pool but didn’t. The listing was misleading and at no point were we told in our booking confirmation this wasn’t included.

Location, Clean, comfortable

The location is amazing is perfect for a week end getaway The kitchen equipments are top notch

The bedrooms that are on the street side are veryyyy noisy The smell in the bathroom Late check- in and the host did not bother do apologize ( I imposed a late check out) The posts and picture on booking are very misleading. The pool is in flat with two bedrooms whereas when you click on the appartement with 3 bedrooms - they show you the pool ( I advise you to check their website if you were to book there)

Very very good location

Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk. Vi boede lige midt i det hele og dog lidt trukket væk fra den største menneske mylder. Lejligheden var lys og lækkert indrettet. Vi blev mødt af venligt personale og fik lov til at tjekke ind før tid da vi ankom ved middagstid

Lejligheden har et stort problem med kraftig kloak lugt fra toiletterne. Der var meget vigtigt hele tiden at holde dørene lukkede til dem og vinduerne åbne. Men er helt sikkert noget de bør få udbedret.
